Here is a story suggestion. How much $ is being spent on all of the legal battles against his exec decisions? Just truly unbelievable!

There are no clear answers at this point because there are hundreds of lawsuits ongoing against the reckless, lawless misconduct of the Republican Party and the Trump administration, with new litigation erupting almost daily. You'd have to know how many hours went into each lawsuit, what the hourly rates were of lawyers and legal assistants involved in each lawsuit, court costs, etc. Complex, messy, a tangled web indeed.

The best guess is that in the last eight months alone, litigation by those fighting to save democracy from the GOP has cost taxpayers, individuals and institutions in the billions of dollars, and the meter is still ticking.

This was a VERY good and detailed examination of the Judge Charles Breyer! Well worth the time to spend as Terry Moran goes through the Judge Breyer's decision. Too often we are not provided the depth of content be it a judge's decision or the facts behind a news story or history of an event! So pleased to spend my 'lunch' listening to this. May I make one suggestion....[maybe I missed it]...would you please publish the link to this decision and any future reports that you discuss with us?

So brilliant Terry.👏 Everyone needs to hear what you are saying. I wish more people had the courage to call out this totally, mostly clueless, and bordering on corrupt SCOTUS.

About time! The alleged government personnel are kidnapping people. Local law enforcement should arrest anyone who kidnaps people off the streets. No Ids, no warrants, they are the criminals

To a person with a hammer, every problem looks like a nail. Your point about most of SCOTUS being the product of the executive branch and the Ivory Tower is very well taken. And I say this as a 22-year veteran prosecutor!
