Terry, I have been emailing you regarding the annual charge I received on 6/20. It’s for your new site managed by beehiiv and I have no way to get to my own billing information there. My subscription disappeared here on Substack. It’s just gone. This is a very bad feeling because my credit card is now with beehiiv and I didn’t sign up there. The receipt notes I will be charged again in 2027, so where is that being held and can you help with this? I’ve reached out by email 3x.
